For 10 years, William wore the same Batman costume to every Boy Scout Halloween party. This year garnered a different reaction. No longer was William the cute little kid that loved his super-hero; now his simply known as Slick Willie, the tormentor.
Scout-Master Pervis Malone didn’t seem to mind though.
